Our Story

Having been born and raised in Florida, I've seen a lot of changes.  Some are very good, some, not so much.  One change that breaks my heart is the lack of integrity in service organizations.  Far too often, contractors look to take advantage of good people.  Whether by presenting a ridiculously overpriced proposal or simply taking a deposit and never showing up.  I have experienced both of these scenarios personally.  At Beachside Property Service, integrity is everything.  Our pledge is to provide a high quality service at a fair and reasonable cost.
